Priceless Peace is a 5-day somatic retreat at Villa Epicurea in Sesimbra, Portugal — 25–29 March 2026. Guided by Isabel Maria Jeworski (850h+ certified yoga teacher and somatic facilitator), it combines yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, EFT and inner child work into a single coherent arc. Maximum 10 guests. From €1,099 per person.
Priceless Peace is not a spa weekend. It is not a yoga holiday. It is Isabel's most intimate retreat — five days in Sesimbra designed for people who carry a lot and who are ready, finally, to put some of it down.
Over five days at Villa Epicurea, you will move your body, quiet your mind and work directly with the nervous system where stress actually lives. Isabel combines yoga, somatic practices, inner child work, breathwork and EFT into a single coherent arc. Each day builds on the last. By day three, something typically shifts.
This is not group therapy. It is a structured programme that creates the conditions for genuine change through the body, in community, in one of the most beautiful corners of Portugal.
Maximum 10 guests. You will be genuinely seen, not processed.
A guide to the arc — exact timings adjust to the group's rhythm, the weather and what arises.
Built-in free time each day for rest, swimming and exploring Sesimbra village.
Villa Epicurea offers four room types at different price points. All guests share the pool, the dining table and every session — the room is simply where you rest. Pricing per room type is confirmed when you join the waitlist.

Nourishment is not an afterthought here — it is woven into the design of the retreat. During deep somatic and emotional work, the body needs to be supported, not taxed. Food is one of the ways we do that.
All meals are prepared fresh each day using local, seasonal ingredients: whole grains, legumes, fresh vegetables, eggs, local cheese and fish from the Sesimbra market. Light enough to keep you present. Substantial enough to ground you.
Breakfast is unhurried. Lunch is shared around a table. Dinner stretches long into the evening — and in a small group, a meal together becomes its own form of integration.
One lunch is taken out in Sesimbra village, where the seafood is exceptional and the pace of the place does its own quiet work on you.
Sesimbra is a quiet fishing village on Portugal's Arrábida coast, around 40 minutes south of Lisbon. Turquoise water, limestone cliffs and a pace of life that makes the transition into rest feel almost effortless.
Villa Epicurea is an eco-luxury property with gardens, an infinity pool and indoor and outdoor spaces designed for exactly this kind of work. Beautiful without being precious. Private without being isolating.
The Arrábida nature reserve is directly on your doorstep. The village is a short walk. The ocean is there every morning.
“The place, the people, the food — everything was absolutely perfect. I was a bit nervous at first. But day by day I felt better, safer and stronger. The sessions really helped me calm my monkey mind. It was an emotional and magical experience. Isabel is such an inspiring and kindhearted human being.”

“Isabel's retreat was truly life-changing. I arrived experiencing late-stage burnout, exhausted and depleted, but left with a profound shift from scarcity to empowerment. This retreat didn't just offer temporary relief — it fundamentally changed how I viewed parts of myself, my health, and what was possible. It wasn't until the retreat that I gained the clarity to appreciate what I truly wanted.”

If privacy matters most to you, take the single room with private bathroom. If you are happy to share a bathroom and want to save, the shared single is the most popular choice. The twin room is ideal for two friends travelling together. The 4-bed option is the most affordable and creates a real sense of community. All guests share the villa, the pool, the dining table, and the sessions — the room is simply where you sleep.
No. The yoga is accessible for all levels and all bodies. The core work is somatic and emotional, not athletic. Many participants have no yoga background at all.

Burnout is one of the most common reasons people come. The combination of somatic work, inner child sessions, breathwork, rest and real community is specifically designed for people who have been running on empty. Not as a holiday. As an actual shift.
