For those called to teach
This is not a box-ticking YTT. It is a 21-day immersion that will change how you practice, how you teach, and how you understand the human body and mind.
Led by Isabel Maria, Social Anthropologist, 850h+ Certified Yoga Teacher, EFT practitioner and somatic healer, the training integrates Hatha-Vinyasa yoga with neuroscience, trauma-informed teaching, somatic therapy and Ayurveda.
Guest teacher Kuldeep Bisht Ji brings decades of traditional Hatha lineage. The curriculum is rigorous, practical, and deeply personal. You will teach every day.
On completion you receive a Yoga Alliance 200h certification, the global standard, and a framework for teaching that is unlike anything else available in Europe.

“The program was thoughtfully designed, the structure was clear and powerful, and every moment felt purposeful. Isabel is the heart and soul of this experience, always with an open ear, a warm smile, and an impressive talent for organisation. I couldn't recommend it more.”
Anna L.
Team Lead Marketing, Germany
“Isabel is the heart and vision behind this entire journey. She held space for deep transformation. Through her philosophy classes, meditation sessions and workshops she invited us to look within, reflect, release, and evolve. I left with a clearer, deeper connection to myself. Endlessly grateful.”
