Teaching has opened up a whole new level of learning for me. My students have taught me so much over the years, and it's an endless process of learning as I teach. I'm always striving to be the best student as well as teacher.

My mission is for everyone to access yoga, meditation and mindfulness in their everyday lives; whether through retreats or teacher trainings worldwide. It's been so rewarding to see how passionate people get and it just shows that if you love what you do, the possibilities are endless!"
