I empower ambitious professionals to live their most fulfilled, adventurous, and balanced lives.

I’ve helped my clients release years of tension, trauma, and stress stored in their bodies through my unique body-centric approach.
I’ve supported them in building long-lasting healthy habits, regaining confidence, and creating a life that feels adventurous, balanced, and liberated.
My approach is inspired by the groundbreaking work of PTSD expert Bessel van der Kolk and draws from certifications in Yoga, EFT, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Healing, Qigong, and Ayurveda.

I have Bachelor in Social Anthropology and a Masters in Entrepreneurship

In 2020, I became a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, beginning my journey into healing and transformation.

In 2021, I founded MonkeyMindRetreats, combining yoga, mindfulness, and holistic practices to help professionals find balance and freedom.

By 2023, I had completed over 350+ hours of advanced Yoga Teacher Training, a 3-month Somatic Mentorship, and certifications in EFT, Breathwork, and Meditation.

In 2024, I traveled to India for 150 hours of Eastern Psychology Training, expanding my understanding of ancient healing techniques combined with neuroscience.
